Abbey of Daoulas

The Abbey of Daoulas is an abbey located in the town of Daoulas in the department of Finistere, in Brittany, France. Property of the General Council of Finistere since 1984, the management and animation of the abbey is entrusted to the Association for the radiation of the Abbey of Daoulas. Since then, she has been organizing archaeological, historical and ethnographic exhibitions of international renown on various subjects (Celts, Inuit, Bronze Age, Crowns of the World, Egypt of the Pharaohs, Dogons, Fairies, Vikings … ).

The “church and cloister” complex of the old abbey has been classified as a historical monument since 24 August 1993. It is open every day from 1.30 pm to 6 pm from March 27th to June 18th, and then from 10.30 am to 7 pm from June 19th to October 4th.
